According to the latest feedback from Rihao Financial Consulting Group (hereinafter referred to as Rihao Group), after the on-site interview of the double election meeting on November 15 and the second round of online re-examination, a total of 38 students received the internship notice of Rihao Group. Including 36 students majoring in international business in 2022 and 2 students from the School of City and Transportation. On November 26, Rihao Group held an enterprise open day event to transport the students to be recruited to the Software Mansion of Nanshan District Science and Technology Park where the company is located. Activities include visiting the Party Building park, visiting the company's office space, and holding a "coffee party" in the cafe on the first floor of the office building to communicate freely with the company's management and backbone employees. Professor Li Jie, Vice Dean of the business school, attended the event and gave Mr. Yang Guang, chairman of Rihao Group ties with the words Shenzhen University of Technology, thanking Rihao Group for its support to the business school and its recognition of students.
Rihao Group is an auditing and financial consulting group focusing on serving administrative departments. It has more than 400 professionals. The average age of employees is 27 years old, and the backbone and leadership are very young. In the past five years, it has served more than 2,000 customers of administrative institutions, undertaken more than 5,000 projects, and an average annual service of more than 1,600 customers. It is on the fast track of business growth. The customer level it serves covers the central, provincial, municipal (county, district) and township (street), including the comprehensive financial report of the central government entrusted by the Ministry of Finance.
The business school and Rihao Group signed an internship base agreement in May 2022. In order to deepen the cooperation between the two sides and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of applied science model of Shenzhen University of Technology, the two sides jointly opened a univeristy-wide elective course of Budget Performance Management in the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, which comprehensively taught the financial consulting business system and was welcomed by business school students. The chairman of Rihao Group and the main business leader served as lecturer. After nearly a semester of teaching interaction, he said that he admired the students of the business school very much. He said students had a serious and positive learning attitude and high comprehensive quality, and sometimes even pushed the teacher forward. At the double election meeting on November 15, the chairman of Rihao Group also personally led the team, and the key business leaders also personally served as interviewers. Some tidbits in the interview were also shared at the "coffee party", and both sides were happy.
The cooperation between the business school and Rihao Group has achieved initial results, which is a useful attempt to implement the German applied science model in Shenzhen. Business schools and Rihao Group will promote cooperation to the long-term normalization, including off-campus internship bases and on-campus cooperation courses, and explore more diverse and flexible ways of cooperation. At the same time, business school will continue to expand school-enterprise cooperation channels, build more internship platforms for students, cultivate students' unique competitive advantages, and cultivate practical international talents for the country and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
