In order to celebrate the arrival of Business School’s freshmen, to enable students to quickly integrate into the university environment, getting familiar with the peers, the faculty members, Business School organized a lunch party at school canteen on 16th September. During this lunch, President Ruan paid a visit and asked questions about students’ feelings on campus. Prof. Holger Haldenwang, dean of the Business School, delivered a welcome speech, encouraging new students to take advantage of their precious university time, be independent, positive and diligent, be more adaptable to changes, encouraging them to grasp the resources of the university, and constantly to enrich themselves at campus. Prof. Holger Haldenwang also stressed the university's emphasis on international cooperation and exchange, encouraging new students to prepare for various overseas university projects in the upcoming future, and announced the upcoming winter camp project in advance.

During this lunch, one of the freshmen presented her singing talent and sang popular and classic songs together with the Dean and Business School faculty members.
