Yuri Shenshinov, Associate Professor, gained his PhD from Kuban State University. He has rich experience in education in China and overseas, as he has positioned as associate professor in Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, and The American University of Kurdistan and Nigeria, etc. He has taught Human Resource Management, Human Recourses Planning and Staffing, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and so on. His research interests contain human resource management in lean manufacturing, business process optimization, and operations management through effective use of labor potential. Shenshinov has been awarded Young Scientist of the Year, and has received gratitude from the Governor of the Altai territory for his contribution to the development of industrial production science. He is a member of editorial board “International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM)” and the author of several books and monographs dedicated HRM. His business experience includes IT and chemical production.
