On the morning of November 18, 2021, The delegation composed of Dean of Business School, Holger Haldenwang, Dean of Julong College, Liu Qingxia,Dean of College of Urban Transportation and Logistics ,Franz Raps, Dean of College of New Materials and New Energies ,Han Peigang,, Dean of College of Creative Design, Huo Yuda, Associate Professor Xian Peixin from the School of Foreign Languages,and Secretary Liang Minyi from the Business School visited EF Electrical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EF") in Pingshan District, Shenzhen.
First of all, EF General Manager Michael Hartl introduced us about the EF company profile, which started from Switzerland. EF is one of the partners of many well-known brands in the home appliance industry in the world, mainly engaged in the design, development, and production of various coffee machines, electric irons, blenders, bean crushers and related parts. EF was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Amrisville, Switzerland, with 5 production bases in Switzerland, Portugal and China. In Shenzhen, there are 3 modern production plants and 1 comprehensive office building with a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters.

Then the delegation of SZTU visited the production workshop. EF adopts advanced production equipment. There are more than 120 full-automatic and semi-automatic large-scale injection molding machines, and 9 imported coffee machine assembly lines.
Finally, a number of college leaders and EF representatives had in-depth exchanges on the areas of future cooperation, such as student internship and training, guest professors entering the university, and scientific research projects.
