On Friday, March 17, a group of seven professors visited the company SIEMENS, located in Shenzhen Qianhai Kerry Center, to determine with Siemens the possibility of jobs for our graduates and internships. Although the mission of this Siemens office is essentially as a real estate office for about 150 branches throughout South and Central China, jobs are offered especially for BS and logistics students.

Particularly interesting is the organization of the branch as a paperless office in which the permanent employees but no permanently assigned workplaces have them. Many employees work from home and occasionally use the office, where you then sit down on a vacant workplace. Characteristic is in particular the complete transparency and also open design of the office with special closed small rooms for particularly quiet questions to be discussed with customers.
