On March 25, 2023, Associate Professor Hao CHEN served a keynote speaker at the onsite event of Open University (OU) Online MBA Program in Shenzhen. More than 20 senior managers and founders of high-tech companies from the Greater Bay Area attended this event.

Her speech focused on the topic of "How to build an effective innovative team?". Participates discussed in depth about "what is innovation", "the different models of innovation", "how to build an innovative team", etc. They learned systematically through participation in class discussions and interactive games.

She shared the history of the development of our business school and information of our degree programs as well as our students. She also discussed school-company collaboration possibilities with participants on site.

Xuetang OU online MBA is a joint program by XuetangX and the Open University Business School. XuetangX is an online learning platform (MOOC) created by Tsinghua University, with a mission to bring world-class education into the future. OU is a public research university founded in 1969 and headquartered in North London. The Open University Business School is accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. There are less than 1% of the business schools in the world that are accredited by all three.
