关于2021级转专业工作安排通知

根据《永利总站线路检测普通高等教育本科生学籍管理规定(修订)》的相关规定及教务部工作安排,2021-2022学年度2021级员工转专业工作安排如下:According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status of General Higher Education of Shenzhen Technology University (Revised) and the work arrangement of Registry, work arrangement of Business School in 2021-2022 academic year for 2021 cohort transfer students is as follows:

一、员工转专业具体要求

Transfer Student Requirements

1.申请转专业员工应符合下列基本条件:

(1)思想品德操行合格,遵纪守法,身体条件符合拟转入专业要求;

(2)对所申请转入的专业有兴趣和志向;

(3)本学期未办理休学、保留学籍和保留入学资格手续的2021级在校生。

(4)未有转专业记录的。

2. 申请时间:5月19日17:00时截止;员工必须在规定时间向所在学院递交《永利总站线路检测转专业申请表》(见附件1),逾期不再受理。

1. Applicants should fulfill the following basic requirements:

(1) Qualified ideological and moral conduct, law-abiding, physical conditions meet the requirements of the proposed major;

(2) Interested in and aspiring to the major applied;

(3) 2020 cohort students who have not completed the procedures of suspension, retention of student status and retention of admission qualification in this semester.

(4) No record of changing major.

2. Application time: May 19th 17:00;

Students must submit the SZTU Major Transfer Application Form (see Appendix 1) to their own colleges within the prescribed time. After the deadline, the application will not be accepted.

二、专业接收人数

Selection Scope and Acceptance Number

国际商务专业拟接收20名转专业员工。

Transfer student roll-in quota for International Business major is 20.

三、选拔原则和方式

Selection Principle and Method

秉承公开、公正、公平的原则。若申请转入人数超过计划学位数,学院通过笔试、面试的方式进行遴选。其中,一轮遴选针对以国际商务专业为首选意向的员工,若遴选后仍有空余学位,学院将在首选意向未录取且以国际商务专业为次选意向的员工中进行二轮遴选,选拔方式与首选意向相同。转专业考试安排会于5月26日前于学院官网公布。

Adhering to the principles of openness, justice and fairness, if the number of transfer-in applicants exceeds roll-in quota, Business School will conduct the selection through written examination and interview. Among them, the first-round selection is for the students with international business as their first choice. If the roll-in quota is not being fulfilled after the selection, a second-round selection shall be conducted for those students with international business as second choice while first choice being rejected. Selection methods of first-round and second-round selections remain the same. Exam arrangement will be published on the school website before May 26.

四、选拔程序

Selection Procedure

(一)笔试(全英文)

考核内容:商务类综合知识、数学、英语能力等;

考核时长:60分钟

(1) Written Exam (English Only)

Exam content: comprehensive business knowledge, mathematics, English ability, etc.

Exam time: 60 minutes

(二)面试 (中英文)

考核内容:商务类综合知识、英语能力等;

考核时长:每人15分钟(包括1分钟英文自我介绍和现场问答)

(2) Interview (Chinese and English)

Assessment contents: comprehensive business knowledge, English ability, etc.

Duration: 15 minutes per person (including 1 minute English self-introduction and on-site Q&A)

(三)成绩计算及录取公示

综合成绩计算:笔试成绩×40% +面试成绩×60%

录取公示:根据员工综合成绩排名,遴选20名拟接收转专业员工名单,待学校审定后予以公示。

(3) Grading Calculation and Admission Announcement

Comprehensive score calculation: written exam score×40% + interview score ×60%

Admission Announcement: According to the ranking of students' comprehensive performance, we will select a list of 20 students and will publish the acceptance name list after the approval of the university.

五、转专业日程安排

5月24日

24 May

教务部汇总全校转专业情况,并把申请转入的员工名单发给各学院

Registry sends out transfer-in student name list to each college after form collection.

5月25-31日

25-31 May

1.学院根据首选意向的申请人数进行工作安排

2.在学院网站公示拟接收转专业员工名单(公示期3天)

1. College arranges work according to the number of applicants of preferred intention

2. Publicize the list of students of expected transfer-in on the school's website (publicity period: 3 days)

6月1日

1 June

教务部汇总各学院拟接收转专业员工名单,下发给各学院查看申请本学院次选意向的员工是否已被首选专业拟录取。如员工已被录取,不再参与其他学院的转专业工作。

Registry will collect the list of transfer-in students and send to each school to check whether the students who intend to apply for the second-choice major have been admitted to their first-choice major. If the student has been admitted, he/she will not participate in the transfer work of other colleges.

6月3日—6月9日

3 June - 9 June

1.学院根据剩余学位数和次选意向的申请人数进行工作安排

2.在学院网站公示拟接收转专业员工名单(公示期3天)

1. College will follow up according to the number of remaining transfer-in quota and the number of applicants with the major intention in the secondary selection.

2. Publicize the list of students to be transferred to majors on the college website (publicity period: 3 days)

6月10日

公司上报教务部拟接收转专业员工名单

六、其他说明

Other Remarks

1.按照招生有关规定,艺术类需单独术科考试的专业和其他普通专业不能跨类互转。

2.员工只能申请转入与本人同一年级的相应专业,并符合转入专业的录取要求。

3.申请转专业的员工务必充分了解本专业和转入专业的培养方案和毕业要求,尽可能避免转专业过程中的盲目性。员工需要明确原来专业的课程是否可以替换本学院的相关课程,如不能替换,需要在转来本学院后进行补修。

4.员工入学后,只有一次转专业机会,如原专业与申请转入专业高考报名的科类不同,请慎重选择。经学校批准转专业的员工,不得再申请转回原专业就读。

5.在转专业工作实施过程中,员工仍须按原专业的选课计划完成本学期的学习任务并参加期末考试。

6.因休学错过上一年转专业申请机会的2020级员工,可在今年进行申请。

7.退役员工申请转专业者,可享受优先转入本校其他专业学习的政策。

8.经学校批准转专业的员工,下学期开学到新专业所在学院办理报到、注册手续,并按转入专业的培养方案进行修读和毕业审核,学费按新专业的学费标准收取。

9.参加面试名额按转专业名额的1:1.3比例确定。

10.进入面试名单将于学院官网公布,请各位考生及时关注。

1. According to the relevant enrollment regulations, the majors requiring separate examination of art cannot be transferred to other general majors.

2. Students can only apply to transfer to the corresponding major in the same grade and meet the admission requirements of the transfer-in major.

3. Students applying for a major transfer must fully understand the curriculum plan and graduation requirements of their own majors and the transfer-in majors, and avoid blindness in the process as much as possible. Students need to be aware of whether the courses of the original major can be replaced by the relevant courses of the transfer-in school. If not, they need to retake the course after major transfer.

4. After enrollment, students will have only one chance to transfer their major. If the original major is different from the one in which they apply for major transfer, please choose carefully. Students who have been approved to change their major are not allowed to apply for returning to their original major.

5. During the implementation of major transfer, students are still required to complete the study tasks of this semester and take the final exam according to the course selection plan of the original major.

6. Students in the 2020 cohort who missed the opportunity to transfer majors in the previous year due to suspension of study can apply this year.

7. Military retired students who apply for transfer to other majors can enjoy the policy of preferential transfer to other majors of the university.

8. Students who have been approved by the school to change their major will start the registration and registration of the transfer-in major at the beginning of the next semester, and will study and graduate according to the curriculum plan of the transfer-in major. The tuition will be charged according to the transfer-in major’s tuition standard.

9. The interview quota shall be determined by the ratio of 1:1.3 to the number of majors to be transferred.

10. The interview list will be published on the official website of the college. Please pay close attention to it.
